Do I pay for my first delivery?

A delivery fee of Rs 250 will be charged for each order, regardless of your location on the Mauritius Island. Should you purchase to the value of Rs 2500 or more, your delivery will be free of charge.

What are my delivery options?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. till 7 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. till 5 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. Public holidays are subject to special delivery times, please contact the online customer service centre for details. How do I know when my order is on its way?

You will receive an email confirmation on the status of your parcel. Our online team will contact you to make arrangements for the best delivery time slot.

Stock Availability

We cannot always guarantee stock availability. If we are unable to supply certain items or quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items which we are able to deliver.
